If Forge has you squatting heavy three times a week, Stride knows not to stack high-mileage runs on the same days. Total weekly stress is managed across all active coaches.

Recovery scheduling

Rest days are coordinated. If Nova programmes a high-volume physique session on Monday, Current won't schedule an intense swim that evening. Your nervous system gets protected.

Goal alignment

Atlas builds your nutrition around what your other coaches are demanding. Cutting with Forge? Calories and protein are set to support strength retention. Training for a marathon with Stride? Carb timing adapts.

Periodisation sync

Deload weeks are aligned across coaches. When one coach programmes a recovery phase, the others follow suit so your body gets a genuine break — not just a shift in stress.
